In October 2007 we started on the restoration of this very original MGA. Our job description for this car is to dismantle and dip the body, restore and paint the body and paint the chassis. The owner is going to do the assembly himself.

Post dipping photos showing the bare body shell and panels. The inner and outer sills and B pillars will need to be replaced as will the lower sections of the front and rear guards. There is rust in the rear of the boot floor and some dents and bumps but for a car of this age, not too bad.

While we are waiting for the new sills and pillars to arrive we took care of the dents and file finished the body and panels.
