Restoration - 1982 Aston Martin Lagonda - Completed Nov 2006

The doors, bonnet and bootlid were all dipped and all needed major rust repairs.

The difficult choice of colours was finally settled, Kentucky Blue, an original Aston Martin colour, was chosen and a complete retrim using dark blue Wilton carpet and Magnolia Connolly leather.

We have serviced this rare and very original Aston Martin Lagonda for over 10 years, but time had eventually caught up with the body and it was time to rectify the major rust issues whilst incorporating a complete colour scheme change from the original light blue paint/light blue interior combination.

The rust in the bodyshell was worse than first thought and a new front end had to be made along with new sills, a new rear parcel tray and new bootfloor section.
